HAPPY ST. DAVID'S DAY

WHAT ST. PATRICK'S DAY IS TO THE IRISH, ST. DAVID'S DAY IS TO THE WELSH.

HAPPY ST. DAVID'S DAY!
(March 1st)

St. David's motto is: 'Gwnewch y pethau bychain mewn bywyd' "Do the little things in life." This
is a very well-known phrase in Welsh, and has proved an inspiration to many.

I had never heard of St Davids Day before now. My wife is Irish though so you know which way we lean.

I know a man called David, He is neither Irish nor from Wales, he is Scottish. Happy St- David's days, David ! He lives in france, not far from here with his delicious Wife who is English
Thanks Chris for the drawing. I will post about it and my photo later.

I worked with a Welshman years ago and I'm sure he reminded me and anybody who would listen that March 1st was St. David's Day.

We are coming out of a deep freeze the last few days with daytime temperatures in the -10c (10F).

Hi Chris, thanks for visiting and joining in, I'll put your link at my art blog if you do a drawing for the challenge. It's been so busy this is the first time I've had to get over here. I'll be back to see more.
